Everyone built a third.
We built the whole thing.
Three narratives are running at once: quantum fear, the Zcash run and bunker mode. Each one has its own coins and launchpads, but none of them gives you all three or hands the tech to the trenches. SPHINX does both.
Quantum launchpads
Hash-based receipts on every pump.fun launch.
Zcash / privacy memes
Pay holders in ZEC and ride the ZEC run.
"Bunker mode"
Millions of views telling holders to move to safety before Q-Day.
SPHINX fills it
ZEC floor + rewards, SPHINCS+ seals, ML-KEM sealed payouts, a real bunker, and The Crypt so anyone can launch with the same stack.
Live from the bunker
Every tile reads something real: public address lookups, the latest narrative receipts, the devnet proof and the crypto that guards it.
| scheme | rests on | status |
|---|---|---|
| ECDSA | elliptic curve | breaks on Q-Day |
| Ed25519 | elliptic curve | every SOL wallet |
| Zcash Orchard | elliptic curve | not PQ yet |
| SLH-DSA | hash | our launch seals |
| ML-DSA | lattice | our launch seals |
| ML-KEM | lattice | our redeem envelopes |
Q-Day is coming.
Get in the Zcash bunker.
Quantum-sealed.
Every trade fills a ZEC floor. Every launch is signed with SPHINCS+. Payout addresses stay encrypted. Launch your own in a minute, no wallet needed.
Is your wallet naked for Q-Day?
A quantum attacker needs your public key. Some addresses hide it behind a hash until you spend; others show it from day one. Paste one and the Sphinx will tell you.
BTC is looked up on mempool.space and ETH through public RPCs (drpc.org, publicnode), so the address is sent to that service. Nothing is stored here. SOL needs no lookup.
- Solana: the address is the ed25519 public key, so it's always exposed.
- BTC 1… / bc1q…: only a hash is public until you spend. Spent and reused means exposed.
- BTC Taproot bc1p…: the output carries a tweaked public key, so it's exposed.
- Ethereum: your first outgoing transaction reveals the key.
How fast does the bunker fill?
The floor grows only from volume, ZEC price and the 2% redeem fee. It's a safety net, not a pump engine.
Assumes constant MC and volume, 90% of fees to the bunker, 0.3% swap cost and 70% eligible supply. Scenario, not a prediction.
Launch a sealed coin.
Logo, name, ticker, done. Your coin gets its own ZEC bunker and a quantum-proof seal. You don't need a wallet. Dry run: sealing works for real, and going live on pump.fun is switched off for now.
or click
advanced: launch mode · bunker style · fee split · socials · dev buy
A dev buy (max 0.2 SOL) is bought in the launch transaction and the tokens are sent to your payout address.
- Proves it's yours. Copycats can reuse your name and ticker, but they can't produce your seal.
- Locks what you promised. The fee split, bunker style and logo are signed. Change any of them and the seal breaks.
- Survives Q-Day. It's signed with hash- and lattice-based crypto, so a quantum computer can't forge it.
- Anyone can check it in the verifier, with no server and no trust in us.

Sealed coins
Coins sealed in this browser tab, plus the coin we launched on devnet. Mainnet coins show up here after launch.
Trust no server.
Paste any Sphinx seal receipt. Both post-quantum signatures are checked in your browser. Change one character and it fails.
Burn, redeem, stay private.
Your ZEC destination is wrapped with X-Wing (ML-KEM-768 + X25519) to the keeper's key. Solana only sees a 32-byte hash in the memo. The 1,120-byte envelope goes to the keeper and never touches the chain in plaintext.
This demo generates a keeper key in your tab. In production the keeper's public key is published and itself sealed with SLH-DSA.
$SPHINX: every crypt pays rent.
$SPHINX fills its bunker from its own trades and from 20% of the creator fees of every sealed coin launched in The Crypt.
| item | $SPHINX |
|---|---|
| Supply | 1,000,000,000 |
| Launch | Fair launch on pump.fun, SOL pair, no presale |
| Dev buy | ≤ 2%, Streamflow-locked 90 days |
| Own creator fee | 90% bunker (50 floor / 50 hold), 10% ops |
| Crypt revenue | 20% of every sealed coin's creator fee |
| Authorities | Mint and freeze revoked, fee config locked |
| depth | hold | unlocked |

Don't trust the Sphinx. Check the receipts.
Every point links to its source on the web or on X: quantum got closer, Zcash woke up, bunker mode went viral.
Not a mockup. On-chain receipts.
The Sphinx layer has run end to end on Solana devnet. The seal is bound to the real mint, the supply was minted with the mint authority revoked, and a sealed redeem was posted (a burn plus the envelope hash). A keeper then read the burn from chain, opened the envelope and signed the epoch with SPHINCS+. No ZEC is swapped in dry run. pump.fun has no devnet, so that one step is mainnet-only.
Re-run: cd devnet && node run.mjs · receipt: devnet-seal-receipt.json
Coin in. ZEC bunker out.
Creators do step 1, holders do step 4, and the keeper runs everything in between. The Sphinx signs every step.

Ask the Sphinx.
Is my token quantum-proof?
No, and no SPL token is. $SPHINX and every sealed coin are normal Solana tokens secured by ed25519. What is post-quantum: the launch seals, the treasury epoch log and the redeem envelopes.
What is Q-Day?
The day a quantum computer can break the elliptic-curve signatures behind Bitcoin, Ethereum and Solana. Google's March 2026 paper cut the qubits it would take by about 20×. Hash-based signatures like SPHINCS+ hold up against known quantum attacks.
Why ZEC?
Zcash is the oldest serious privacy coin, it can be bought straight from SOL through NEAR Intents, and its price moves the floor. NEAR Intents pays to transparent t-addresses today, so you shield it yourself in Zashi.
Can my coin still go to zero?
The price can fall a long way, and the floor is small in the first hours. But while there is ZEC in the bunker, burning tokens returns a pro-rata share of it.
Who holds the ZEC?
In v1, a keeper wallet with public balances and every epoch sealed. In v2, a NEAR Chain Signatures vault: a contract with no human key.
Is this a mixer?
No. Nothing is pooled to break transaction history. We encrypt your payout destination and publish the treasury's balances. That's selective disclosure, not anonymity for hire.
Do I need to connect a wallet?
No. With Launch for me you paste a Solana address for your creator fees, send the launch fee from any wallet or exchange, and we deploy the coin. That costs 0.05 SOL once, and the Crypt takes 25% of creator fees instead of 20%. Connect wallet is optional, for people who want to sign and deploy it themselves with no launch fee.
What is the seal receipt for?
It's your proof of launch. It shows the coin is really yours, so copycats with the same name can't fake it. It locks the fee split, bunker style and logo you promised. It's signed with post-quantum crypto, so it can't be forged even after Q-Day, and anyone can check it in the verifier. Keep the .json file.
Is this financial advice?
No. Memecoins are extremely risky and most pump.fun coins never graduate. Nothing here promises returns.
